My Tool Expert - Online Tool Shop

My Tool Expert is a UK and German online shop selling various branded premium tools built within Shopify

As part of my role of Head of Digital I was responsible the creation of an Ecommerce team to sell a set of branded tools under a new brand which was called "My Tool Expert". These tools were to be sold via an online shop within the UK and Germany and Amazon UK. 

I put together the Ecommerce team consisting of an Ecommerce manager, graphic designer and marketing executive and created the two online shops within Shopify.

The website relied heavily on SEO backed up by Amazon PPC and took £350k within the first year.
