Fox-Davies Capital

I headed the team tasked to redesign and create a new website for Fox-Davies Capital, an independent natural resources investment bank.

The website was built within the Umbraco Content Management system and provides financial investment advice and research on many AIM-listed mining, oil and gas companies. Launched at the 'Mines and Money' conference in Hong Kong, 

The site includes original news and data from analysts and brokers, emailed worldwide through the Mailmanager24/7 system which was a standalone email marketing platform I had built for clients of the web agency.

I worked directly with the client to define the financial data and content import and email broadcasting system. The data would be collated daily and automatically flow into website templates as well as email templates. Email broadcasts would be automatically sent to client's imboxes at 7:30 am each morning. 

Search Engine Optimisation was a big part of the marketing strategy so I led the team in making sure the site had a correct technical SEO structure, as well as specifying a specific content strategy.

By providing a number of new structured news items daily, it ensured that Google would index the site every day providing a unique opportunity for great search engine rankings.

The website also provides information on Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Sales & Corporate Broking and Market Making services to UK and overseas publicly-quoted Companies.
