I see it all the time on here and social media... How you can use AI to make your fortune without doing hardly anything...
Oh really? Then why are these people on here telling everybody instead of just doing it themselves and making their fortune? If they really had a magical tool that would make them rich without any effort, they'd be doing just that—laying low and making themselves rich with no effort.
So, sorry to break it to you, but if you think AI is going to make you rich with little knowledge or work, then just give it a go and see how nothing will change in your fortunes...
AI, in all its guises, is a fantastic tool, but you are not going to create the next big app or million-pound e-commerce website by writing a few prompts.
I'm hoping 2025 is the year that people begin to understand this. In the meantime, I'm going to continue to use it to support and boost the professional experience and skills I already have. AI is fantastic at picking up a good chunk of mundane tasks... I'll be using it for proofreading, inspiration for content, fact-finding (not checking), creating banners, and making sense of long documents. The ways in which AI can help me are endless it seems, but it serves to help, not create...
Of course, I really would love to say, "Hey ChatGPT, make me the next Facebook"... But if I can do it, then so could millions of other people, and we'd all be rich... So why aren't we?
